For each consignment we will advise on the best sales strategy based on market analysis and customer requirements. We sell on a number of different marketplaces including eBay UK, eBay international sites and Amazon UK. Items will be sold under the Quik Consign brand.
At Quik Consign we have a team of expert listers who ensure that each item is described in detail, encouraging bidding and reducing returns. Each item is listed individually with up to 70 professional quality photos.
Customer Service
Quik Consign has a dedicated team of customer service representatives to deal with the inevitable questions from buyers. We answer all queries within 24 hours and are reachable by email and phone. We also deal with all returns. With a 6 year selling experience, we are well poised to grow your business.
Sales Processing
Quik Consign accepts a broad range of payment types including PayPal, bank transfers, cheques, postal orders and credit cards. Every items is paid for before dispatch.
As an experienced seller on eBay, we know how to avoid eBay fraud, and protect our clients from any fraud issues.
Fulfilment
Once payment has been received, items are securely packed and delivery arranged using DHL net work of couriers. At Quik Consign, we ship our items worldwide, opening up your products to an enormous marketplace of 200 million eBay users worldwide. In addition, due to the high volumes which we sell, we get excellent rates from leading courier and partner DHL.
Reporting and Payment
We provide frequent reports to our clients and remit funds on a regular basis. If required reports can be created at the items level and include information on platform and payment fees. We work on a commission only basis, with no upfront payments required.
